We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our dropshipping fulfillment, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@learnplayful.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or "wrong purchase."

2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
