Thank you for shopping at LearnPlayful! This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Processing time may vary depending on item availability and supplier schedules.

2. Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • We do not support international shipping at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, most packages are delivered within 7–15 business days.
  • Delivery estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include processing time.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions, destination, carrier performance, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Promotional shipping offers, if any, apply only as expressly stated at checkout at the time of purchase.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once available from the carrier or fulfillment partner.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to third-party carrier processing.

6. Import Duties, Taxes & Clearance Fees

  • Unless explicitly shown at checkout, product prices and shipping charges do not include any applicable import duties, import taxes, brokerage/disbursement fees, or carrier/customs clearance-related charges.
  • For shipments handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, such charges may be assessed by customs authorities or the carrier and may need to be paid by the customer before delivery.
  • LearnPlayful does not control customs assessments or carrier-imposed import-related fees.

7. Delays, Refused Delivery & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@learnplayful.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • If a shipment is refused, returned, abandoned, or delayed because the customer declines to pay applicable import-related charges, fails to respond to customs/carrier requests, or provides an incomplete/incorrect address, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return-to-sender fees, customs/carrier charges, and other unrecoverable costs.
  • If the package is not returned to us, we may be unable to issue a refund.

8. Expedited Shipping

  • We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options.
  • All orders are shipped via standard shipping methods by our fulfillment partners.
