At LearnPlayful, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment model, we only accept returns or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
- The item was incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong product or missing pieces).
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind, wrong purchase, or buyer’s remorse.
- Items returned without approval or after the return period.
2. Return Request Process
To request a return, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Send your request to: support@learnplayful.com
Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
Please note: Do not send any item back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
In some cases, depending on the issue and the fulfillment partner’s handling process, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
3. Return Shipping
- If a return is approved due to a seller error or product issue and we ask for the item to be returned, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide return instructions at our expense, where applicable.
- For orders shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, any import duties, import taxes, brokerage/disbursement fees, or carrier/customs clearance-related charges paid by the customer are generally not refundable by LearnPlayful, unless explicitly included in the order total.
- If a shipment is refused, returned, abandoned, or undeliverable because the customer declines to pay applicable import-related charges or fails to respond to customs/carrier requests, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return-to-sender fees, customs/carrier charges, and other unrecoverable costs.
- If the package is not returned to us, we may be unable to issue a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us for assistance.
- Where import-related charges were paid directly by the customer to the carrier or customs authorities, recovery of those amounts may depend on the carrier or customs authority and may not always be available.
