1. Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• After dispatch, standard delivery within the United States typically takes approximately 7–15 business days.
• Delivery estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include processing time.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

• Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to the rapid processing system we use with suppliers.
• Please double-check all order information before submitting.
• If your order has not yet been processed, you may contact us at support@learnplayful.com to request a change. However, we do not guarantee modifications can be made.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required by law.
• Unless explicitly shown at checkout, product prices do not include any applicable import duties, import taxes, brokerage/disbursement fees, or carrier/customs clearance-related charges.
• For shipments handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, customers may be required to pay applicable import-related charges to the carrier or customs authorities before delivery.

4. Shipping

• We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
• Orders are fulfilled through cross-border fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, DHL, or other carriers depending on destination and availability.
• Tracking information will be provided once available from the carrier or fulfillment partner.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing, carriers, weather, force majeure events, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If a shipment is delayed, returned, abandoned, or refused because the customer declines to pay applicable import-related charges assessed under DAP, or fails to respond to customs/carrier requests, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return-to-sender fees, customs/carrier charges, and other unrecoverable costs.

In summary:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind.”
• Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Import duties, import taxes, brokerage/disbursement fees, and carrier/customs clearance-related charges paid by the customer under DAP are generally not refundable by LearnPlayful unless explicitly included in the order total.

6. User Accounts (If Applicable)

• Users may create an account to track orders and manage preferences.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be abusive or fraudulent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload viruses or any malicious code.
• Spam, phish, or collect user data without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• LearnPlayful is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we strive to maintain high availability.
