📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. After dispatch, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 7–15 business days.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include processing time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided once available from the carrier or fulfillment partner. You’ll receive a tracking email after your order ships. In some cases, tracking updates may take a little time to appear due to carrier processing.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, significantly different from the description, or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong purchase, or buyer’s remorse.

How do I request a return?

Please email us at support@learnplayful.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

If a return is approved due to a seller error or product issue and we ask for the item to be returned, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide return instructions at our expense, where applicable.

In some cases, depending on the issue and the fulfillment partner’s handling process, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.

🛒 Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via PayPal and other major payment methods supported by Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to the rapid processing system used by our fulfillment partners. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Is tax included?

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required by law.

Unless explicitly shown at checkout, prices do not include any applicable import duties, import taxes, brokerage/disbursement fees, or carrier/customs clearance-related charges.

For shipments handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, customers may be required to pay applicable import-related charges before delivery.

Our products are Montessori-inspired and selected based on their educational value and alignment with learning-through-play principles. We also offer STEM-oriented products that complement hands-on, skill-building play.
